If you apply to St Edmund’s College and intend to be interviewed in Cambridge, you will not be required to sit pre-interview admissions assessments unless you are applying for Medicine or Veterinary Medicine.

All applicants for standard or affiliate entry Medicine (A100) are required to take the Biomedical Admission Test (BMAT). The BMAT is not required for applicants for graduate entry Medicine (A101), unless they are also applyign for the A100 course. All applicants for Veterinary Medicine are required to take the pre-interview Natural Sciences Admissions Assessment. Failure to register for and to sit these assessments will mean that an application is incomplete and therefore invalid; we cannot consider applicants in these courses without the assessment.

For other courses with a pre-interview assessment, you will take a written assessment at interview in Cambridge (if interviewed).

If you wish to be considered for interview overseas, you must take standard pre-interview assessment for your subject. Please note that applicants must be registered in advance for pre-interview assessments.
