You will need an academic gown for your time at Cambridge. You are required to wear this for the Matriculation photograph, Matriculation ceremony, formal dinners and graduation. The CR will organise gown shopping trips during Fresher’s week to help you buy your gown. If you wish to organise this independently, please use this flow chart to see which gown you need.
